Need some True Texas Fun this February?

Dust off those cowboy boots and head over to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo! The Rodeo may have kicked off on February 6th but the fun continues through the 23rd!

Tickets to stroll the fairgrounds are $10, $5 for Senior Citizens, or kids 3-12 years old. Tickets for the rodeo start at $20 and include admission to a variety of PRCA rodeo events, admission to the fairgrounds and a concert performance following the rodeo performance. Open daily from 10 AM to 10PM, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until midnight.

The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo was established in 1949, reaching over 2 million visitors per year! There is something for everyone at this monumental event from cowboy golf, tournament style rodeo (barrel racing is the Mystic Quarry favorite!), daily live music, craft beer tap room, over 250 vendors, loads of food options, and tons of family fun!

A must see is the daily mutton bustin’ event, watch padded up kiddos hold on to large sheep, rodeo style! The fearless riders are between 4-7 years-old and judged based on rider personality, sheep difficulty and time on the sheep. The family can also enjoy the pig races, the petting zoo, carnival rides and exploring the animal discovery showcases. Don't forget to grab a fresh milkshake from the Dairy Discovery center!

The post rodeo musical lineup includes Cody Johnson, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, KC and the Sunshine Band, ZZ Top and many more big names!

Live music can be heard throughout the fairgrounds, at any of the 5 stages. Plan your trip today and checkout the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo website for the complete list of daily events. Mystic Quarry is only a 50-minute drive to the rodeo and the perfect place to rest your head after a fun filled day!
