RESERVATIONS

  • Must be 21 or older to rent a hospitality unit, RV or tent site
  • All reservations require a valid credit card. We accept all major cards except Diners Club. Pre-paid credit cards will not be accepted.
  • We require a minimum 2-night reservation on weekends and a minimum 3-night reservation during major holidays. One-night stays are subject to an additional fee ($45).
  • Your total booking fees are due at the time of booking.
  • Your credit card will remain on file and will be used to cover excessive cleaning fees or damage. Any deposits held will be refunded less applicable charges within 14-days after departure (subject to issuing bank processing timelines).

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail.
  • A minimum of 4 days notice is required, before the day of arrival, for a refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in complete forfeiture of the booking amount.
  • Changes made to your reservation 4 or more days before your arrival may be subject to a change of reservation fee of $25.

INDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Check In @ 3 pm & Check Out is at @ 11 am. We may be able to accommodate an early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. You must call ahead to verify availability.
  • Rates for indoor accommodation include the number of guest prescribed (or listed) for the unit. Some units are able to allow additional guests for an additional fee (see visitor policy).
  • All indoor accommodations include 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles (cars, boats & motorcycles) are subject to a $5/day fee.
  • Dogs are only allowed in some designated units and are subject to an additional cleaning fee and deposit. Please discuss with the front desk and see our dog policy below regarding breeds and dog-friendly accommodations.
  • All units are strictly non-smoking. If smoking on the porch areas, ensure that windows and doors are closed. (An excessive cleaning fee will be assessed if this policy is violated.)
  • Upon departure, return your keys to the front desk or deposit them in the drop box located just outside our office. Each lost key is subject to a $45 re-keying charge.
  • We do not permit sleeping tents at indoor accommodations except the indoor accommodations noted as a tent companion site, which is a $20 / night cost. These sites still cannot exceed 6 people per site.
  • Guests staying in our indoor accommodations are required to leave units in good condition upon departure. You are required to bag all trash and clean dishes prior to departure. There will be an additional charge for excessive cleaning or damage for failure to comply.
  • The deposits on file will be applied to final charges. Any amounts over the deposit will be billed to the card on file. Refunds will be applied to the card on file - we do not provide cash refunds. A statement can be printed or emailed to you.
  • Any exceptions to our policies must be approved prior to arrival and are subject to additional charges.

RV SITES

  • Check In starts at @ 2 pm & Check Out is at @ 12 pm. We may be able to accommodate an early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. You must call ahead to verify availability.
  • Maximum number of guests allowed at an RV site is six (6) over 5 years of age.
  • RV rates include the first 4 adults and 1 vehicle.
  • Visitors or additional guest are subject to a fee of $10/person/day.
  • Additional vehicles (cars, boats & motorcycles) are subject to a $5/day fee.
  • A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at RV sites. There is an extra pet charge of $25/day for additional pets.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, keeping them on a leash, and under control at all times. Dogs may NEVER be left alone outside of an RV.
  • We do not permit sleeping tents at RV sites except the RV sites noted as a tent companion site, which is a $20 / night cost. These sites still cannot exceed 6 people per site.
  • We do not permit washing your vehicle or your RV at any RV or tent site.
  • NO generators allowed unless Mystic Quarry has a power outage.
  • Any exceptions to our policies must be approved prior to arrival and are subject to additional charges.

TENT SITES

  • Check In starts at @ 2 pm & Check Out is at @ 12 pm. We may be able to accommodate an early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. You must call ahead to verify availability.
  • Maximum number of guests allowed at a tent site is six (6) over 5 years of age.
  • Maximum 3 night stay for tent camping.
  • Tent site rates include 4 people and 1 vehicle.
  • Visitors or additional guest are subject to a fee of $10/person/day.
  • Additional vehicles (cars, boats & motorcycles) are subject to a $5/day fee.
  • A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at tent sites. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, keeping them on leash, and under control at all times. Dogs may NEVER be left alone at tent sites. If left alone, we will call animal control for pick up.
  • We do not permit washing your vehicle at any tent or RV site.
  • We offer power and water tent sites, NO generators are allowed at any site no matter how quiet.
  • Any exceptions to our policies must be approved prior to arrival and are subject to additional charges.

VISITORS

  • ALL visitors must register at the front office upon arrival. If they arrive after normal business hours, the registered guest is responsible and will be charged accordingly.
  • Day visitors must exit the park by 11 pm.
  • Call the office for pricing.
  • Guests that violate this rule will be asked to leave with no refunds.

PET (DOG only) POLICY

  • We ONLY allow dogs in a select number of our indoor accommodations. No other animals are allowed in the indoor accommodations.
  • Aggressive dogs are prohibited. Your deposit will not be refunded if you are turned away for having an aggressive dog. You MUST call the office to discuss options if you believe you qualify for an exception.
  • Dogs are allowed in our cabins (#1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12) & Safari Tents (#G9, G10, G11). There is a $100 refundable deposit per dog required and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
  • Dogs under 30 lbs are allowed in ten (10) designated tiny houses (#6, 8, 14, 15, 16, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30). There is a $100 deposit per dog required and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
  • Dog owners that allow their dog(s) to enter any non-dog friendly indoor accommodation will be subject to a $200 fine plus applicable cleaning fees for any and all exposed indoor accommodations.
  • Indoor accommodations, RV, and tent sites allow a maximum of 2 dogs per site.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area or recreation hall at any time.
  • Dogs must be leashed at all times.
  • Dogs' shot records must be available upon request.
  • You must clean up after your dog. Any violation, even in the dog park, is subject to a $10 fine per incident. Multiple incidents will result in guest and dog being asked to leave with no refunds.
  • No washing of dogs in bath houses allowed – there is a designated dog wash station at the rec. hall.
  • No dogs are to be left unattended or tied to an RV, tent site, cabin or tiny house.

PARK RULES

Wristbands & Passes

  • Guests must wear wristband during the entirety of stay and display car pass on all vehicles in the park.
  • Individuals without wristbands will be required to pay the visitor fee $10/person/day.
  • Vehicles without car passes will charged $5/day to the site account by our park staff. The vehicle will be towed if parked on the grass or violating our policies.
  • All visitors entering the park must register with the office – no exceptions.

Notices

  • Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used in park toilets. Guest will be held financially responsible for disposing of objects in toilets such as wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other items that clog our lines.
  • Parking in designated areas only. Do not park on grass or at empty sites. A $50.00 fine will be assessed immediately if you park or drive on the grass. You will also be liable for damage to septic systems or water lines resulting from parking or driving vehicles or golf carts in non-designated areas.
  • Campfires allowed in designated fire rings/pits only based on Comal county rules – grills with lids are permissible at all times.

Rules of Conduct and Etiquette

  • Please help us keep our facilities, restrooms, and showers neat and clean. Report any problems immediately.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM Sunday - Thursday. Please report any disturbance by calling the after hours phone.
  • Quiet hours are from MIDNIGHT to 8 AM on weekend and holiday evenings. Please report any disturbance by calling the after hours phone.
  • If we have to call the authorities for a disturbance at your site, you may be required to leave without refund.
  • The park speed limit is 7.5 MPH. Violators will be warned once and then asked to leave without a refund after additional violations.

BOATS AND TRAILERS

  • Due to limited parking, boats, jet skis, and trailers must park in designated boat parking.
  • They are not allowed to be parked at your site or on the grass between sites.
  • There is a $5/day vehicle pass required for parking.

GOLF CARTS

  • Mystic Quarry DOES NOT allow guests to bring their personal golf carts onto the property.
  • We do have golf carts for rent. See pricing information.
